سرڪاري ملازمن جي ميڊيڪل ري امبرسمينٽ ۾ واڌ ، ميڊيڪل تي خرچ ڪرڻ جي حد 3 لکن مان وڌائي 10 لک ڪئي وئي آھي ۔
سرڪاري ملازم ڪنھن بہ اسپتال ۾ ان ڊور يا آئوٽ ڊور ميڊيڪل علاج تي ڏھ لکن تائين خرچ ڪري سنڌ حڪومت کان ريمبرسمينٽ ڪرائي سگھن ٿا.

خير ٽي سال گذري ويا ڪانٽريڪٽ ختم ٿيو ڪراچي پريس ڪلب جو رخ ڪيوسين ڪراچي پوليس جون لٺيون کائي پڪا ته ٿي وياسين پر پڪو 2001 جي بجاء 2005 کان ڪيو ويو۔
اسان جي سکر ضلعي جي دوستن 2007 ۾ هڪ آئيني پٽيشن سکر هاء ڪورٽ بئنچ ۾ داخل ڪئي ته مقرري واري تاريخ کان پڪو ڪيو وڃي۔
ڪورٽ سڳوري ته 2011 ۾ فيصلو ڏنو ته استاد کي جن پوسٽن تي ڀرتي ڪيو ويو آھي اهي پوسٽون دائمي آھن انڪري مذڪوره ( پٽيشنرز ) استادن کي مقرري واري تاريخ پڪو ڪيو وڃي۔
پر بدمست تعليم کاتو ڪٿي ٿو مڃي ڪورٽ سڳوري جو مٿي ذڪر ڪيل فيصلو قبول نه ڪيائين ته پٽيشنرز وري ڪورٽ سڳوري ۾ توهين عدالت جي التجا ڪئي۔
ڪافي سالن کان توهين عدالت جو ڪيس جون تاريخون ملن پيون اڄ دوستن جي ڪوشش سان 2 اپريل 2020 جي تاريخ ملي آھي۔

RIGHT OF CHILDREN TO FREE AND COMPLUSORY EDUCATION ACT, 2013 SINDH ACT NO. XIV OF 2013.

PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF SINDH NOTIFICATION KARACHI, THE 11TH MARCH, 2013. NO.PAS/Legis-B-07/2013-The Sindh Right of Children to free and Compulsory Education Bill, 2013 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 13th February, 2013 and assented to by the Governor of Sindh on 6th March, 2013 is hereby published as an Act of the Legislature of Sindh.

THE SINDH RIGHT OF CHILDREN TO FREE AND COMPLUSORY EDUCATION ACT, 2013 SINDH ACT NO. XIV OF 2013. AN ACT to provide for free and compulsory education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years. WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the right to education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years as envisaged in Article 25-A of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973; Preamble.

CHAPTER-I

PRELIMINARY It is hereby enacted as follows:- 1. (1) This Act may be called the Sindh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2013; (2) It extends to the whole Province of Sindh. (3) It shall come into force at once. Short title and commencement. 2. In this Act unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context- (a) “capitation fee” means any donation contribution or payment by whatever name, other than the fee notified by the school or Government; (b) “child” means a child of any gender of the age of five to sixteen years with varied learning needs; (c) “disadvantaged child” means a child who belongs to a socially and economically disadvantaged class,

Teaching Allowance to All Teachers of Education Department-Notification by Finance Department Sindh

Government of Sindh, Finance Department has issued Notification No. FD (SR-III)5-30/2014 dated 21st July 2014 in connection with Teaching Allowance to All Teachers of Sindh.

It is stated that facility of qualification based teaching allowance was allowed to all School Teachers employed in Government Educational Institutions, except those teachers who have already availed benefit of award of higher grade and qualification increment prior to 1st December 2001 vide this department office memorandum dated 07-06-2010 with effect from 07-04-2010 at the rates on the following conditions:

2	FA/F.Sc with CT or equivalent	Rs. 750/- PM
3	BA/MA with B.Ed/M.Ed or equivalent	Rs. 1000/- PM

Conditions for Teaching Allowance

It shall be admissible to those teachers who are exclusively deployed on teaching duties.
It shall also be admissible to Head of Teaching Institutions and their deputies.
It shall be admissible during entire period of leave, vacation and L.P.R.
It shall not be admissible during entire period of Extra Ordinary Leave.
It shall not be treated as part of emoluments for the purpose of calculation of pension/gratuity and recovery of House Rent Allowance.

Now, with the approval of the competent authority, this department has withdrawn the para-3 of the O.M dated 13th march 2014, hence all school teachers who have already availed the benefit of Award of Higher Grade and Qualification Increment prior to 1st December 2001 are also entitled to qualification based teaching allowance arrear with effect from 07-04-2010.

In pursuance of the provisions contained in the School Clustering Policy approved and issued vide Notification NO.SO (G-III) E & L / School Clustering Policy / 2016 dated 14 June 2016, and with the approval of the competent authority (Chief Minister Sindh); Mobility Allowance to Cluster Hub School Head master/mistress and Clustery Guide Teacher is notification as under:
