NOTICE FOR PAYMENT OF P.O.L BILLS RS.2270619-00
Dear Sir,
Under
the instructions from my client Haji Mohammad Alam Proprietor of M/S IQBAL SERVICE STATION/PETROLEUM
SERVICE Mirpur Mathelo, I address you as under,
That my
client had supplied the POL to Government vehicles of the districts which were
allotted to officers as mentioned in listed below,

That my
client has requested too many times and lastly as on dated 13.6.2014 to the officials
for payment to pay the POL bills Rs.2270619-00 which are pending since long in
the office of Deputy Commissioner Ghotki @ Mirpur Mathelo. Till to-date neither
they pay the above POL bills nor give any response for payment of my client.
Now my client has reached to me to suit file the case in the competent court of
law against you as per law of contract.
Furthermore
the Deputy Commissioner of the concerned district is responsible for the
payment of above bills as per letter No.FD(B&E-IX)1-2/2012 GOVERNMENT OF
SINDH FINANCE DEPARTMENT Karachi notification to Deputy Commissioners in Sindh
(All) dated 18th February 2012.
You are
therefore requested through this legal notice to please pay the above said POL
bills amount of government vehicles at once. Please take further notice that
requirement of my client should be compiled within 07 days of this notice,
otherwise my client have a right to take the matter in the competent court of
law for reddressal, if you failed to comply.
This
notice may be treated as most urgent & oblige.
