The Reform Support Unit, Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh hereby
announces schedule of 3rd October,2014 (Friday) for distribution of offer orders to successful / eligible
candidates for positions of Primary and Junior School Teachers of district Naushahro Feroze, Dadu
(Remaining) and Sukkur (JST & PST Remaining) (For positions of Primary School Teachers. The venue of
distribution will be district Naushahro Feroze (The specific location and time of distribution will be
communicated shortly as and when received from DSE, Sukkur).
Honourable Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Senior Minister to Government of Sindh, Education and
Literacy has been pleased to give his consent to be the chief guest in the said program. The lists of
eligible candidates who will be awarded with orders have already been shared with the office of their
respective District Education Officers. The candidates are advised to contact the concerned DEO office
before attending the order distribution ceremony. The candidates must bring the original CNIC in order
to acquire the offer order.

ACT
to provide for the levy of a tax on services provided, rendered, initiated, received or consumed in the Province of Sindh;
Preamble
WHEREAS in accordance with the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973 the imposition, administration, collection and enforcement of taxes on services is the prerogative of the provinces.
WHEREAS it is expedient to provide for the levy of a tax on services provided, rendered, initiated, received 1[, originated, executed] or consumed in the Province of Sindh and for all matters incidental and ancillary thereto or connected therewith.
Chapter I
PRELIMINARY
1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Sindh Sales Tax on Services Act, 2011.
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the Province of Sindh.
(3) This Act shall come into force with effect from the first day of July, 2011.
2[2. Definitions. In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context-
(1) “accountant” means-
(i) a chartered accountant as defined in the Chartered Accountants Ordinance, 1961 (Ordinance No. X of 1961), and includes the Associate and Fellow members thereof;
